If weather conditions allow, a minimum of 5 runs per day is required.
Once the included runs are used, at least 3 extra runs are required to reactivate the helicopter.
Possibility to do as many additional runs as desired.
Maximum 16 people divided into 4 groups of 4 people.

The price includes:

Transfers from Toulouse/Tarbes/Lleida airports to the Val d’Aran
Accommodation: DBL, B&B, 3 nights
Internal transfers: Hotel – Heliport
3 mountain lunches
UIAGM/AEGM certified guide
Safety equipment: (Airbag backpack, beacon, RECCO, shovel, and probe)
Skis and snowboards (if needed)
1 Baqueira Beret ski pass (in case of bad weather)

The price does not include:

Extra run at €160.-/person (based on a full group of 4 people)
Transfers from Barcelona airport (€100.-)
Dinners and transfers to restaurants
Flights to and from Tarbes or Toulouse
Accommodation: supplement for single, deluxe or suite room

Refund: If the activity is interrupted due to wind, bad weather, avalanche risk, or technical issues, and the guaranteed number of runs or agreed flight time is not completed, a refund of €100 per run and per person, or €50 per flight minute will be granted. No refunds in case of illness, accident, lack of fitness, insufficient skiing skills, or late arrivals.
